Kim Kerrigan
As
the cofounder of Corporate Classrooms, Kim Kerrigan brings a wealth of practical
knowledge to his seminars. After many years of teaching English on the secondary
level, Kim developed and conducted sales training and educational workshops on
behalf of several nationally recognized educational publishers. He also has been
actively involved in the sales, marketing, communications, and public relations
areas of business.
Kim's training
techniques result in communication skills programs that are organized,
stimulating, and relevant for professionals. Moreover, his remarkable enthusiasm
in presenting communication skills seminars has become a hallmark of Corporate
Classrooms programs. Kim also is a popular guest speaker with many organizations
and has been a featured guest on several radio and television programs.
Kim graduated
from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Sociology and a minor in English. His graduate work includes study at Harvard
University; Temple University; Northern Illinois University; Fitchburg State
College; and Minnesota State University, Mankato.
One of Kim's
proudest achievements was his volunteer work at Christopher House, a social
service agency in Chicago. For six months, he taught language skills to a group
of teenage mothers to help them prepare for their G.E.D. examination.
